Excellent restaurant with choice of tasting menus, super breakfasts, big comfy room and bed, effective but unobtrusive air con, friendly and helpful staff - a great place to stay when in Aveiro!

Very nice hotel, comfortable room, nice breakfast and very helpful and courteous staff throughout. The only complaint I would have is the gym was not available when I wanted to use it and the hot tub was out of service … but those are minor issues, very nice stay at MS Collection

A perfect stay. Staff is wonderful and very attentive Location on a quiet street but only 1 minute away from center of Aveiro Breakfast is amazing 👏 Room is large, very tasteful, with a very comfortable bed with the softest sheets. This hotel should be the yardstick by which other hotels are measured.

Our stay here was wonderful, not least because of (i) the unbelievable helpfulness of the staff and (ii) the professional manner in which they carried out their duties. It was outstanding in all respects. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best I have had in the past 20 years of staying in hotels

Very central. Easy walking distance of all the sites. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful even offering biscuits and water for the journey as we were leaving. Excellent buffet choice of breakfast and option to order from a menu. Being offered a snack (cake) late afternoon every day we were there and a cocktail and cheeseboard one evening were unexpected bonuses.

We like everything about this little hotel. It has all the amenities a big hotel would have including a nice spa ,indoor outdoor pool., in our opinion this is a five star plus hotel. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They made you feel like you were the only people in the hotel with very personal service.. We would absolutely recommend this place.

We felt very welcomed and well looked after from the first minute we walked through the door until we left. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is really good, and we also used the spa and had massages, which I really recommend while staying. Rooms are nice sized, clean and inviting. Great attention to detail overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at MS Collection. Also amazing location to visit Aveiro, super central.

First off, the staff...this might be the best staff my wifeband I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful and their attention to detail was top tier! Then our room was immaculate, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the bed and linens were perfect so that we could fall asleep after a long trip from the US (or a day walking around the very walkable city of Aveiro)
