We felt very welcomed and well looked after from the first minute we walked through the door until we left. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is really good, and we also used the spa and had massages, which I really recommend while staying. Rooms are nice sized, clean and inviting. Fabulous classical hotel, a beautiful building right in the centre of Aveiro, you can walk everywhere from there. Our room was very spacious and a lovely design, keeping its heritage. All the staff were exceptional, very professional. The breakfast has a small buffet and menu selections, all were very high quality and delicious, try the cappuccino it’s fab coffee! We didn’t use the pool as it was cool weather but looks pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
