Great
Good location convenient to station, breakfast was a nice added touch, good selection and all freshly prepared.

Great location, poor room quality
We chose this hotel because of its location to sites and the train station. It's a quick walk to the Coliseum or the metro/bus. The rooms were not very comfortable, the pillows were flat and the room smelled very musty to where most of my family became congested during our stay. The staff was nice but their procedures required that they receive cash for all transactions such as collecting city taxes or ordering taxis, so be sure to have some cash with you when you book.

Great place, great location
Great facility, great service, great breakfast, very nice lobby lounge areas and breakfast room, prime location a few blocks from the Termini metro and train/bus station and Piazza Republica.

Poor 2.0
Staff was really rude. They charged us 50 euro for a tourist tax and they charge 5 EUR to use the internet. The gentleman in the front was really rude

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast and sitting area. Should have checked well confirmation email regarding size of room and bed. Also email says WiFi but does not specify if it’s free. Apparently the heating was turned off at some point during the last night. It is also turned on at 5 PM which was not a big problem during my stay because of the outside temperature.

Exceptional 10.0
Great for a cheap city break!
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Good location, we managed to walk everywhere from the hotel and very close to the train station/metro/bus links etc. The room I booked was small and basic (standard single) - but for a city break where I spent little time there it was perfect - and for the price I paid was great. Breakfast not great - however there are many small cafes in the area, and it very much depends on your own personal preference. However considering it was one of the cheaper hotels I found I was impressed by the standard and cleanliness and gave us more money to spend on Rome - which can be expensive!

Enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. However the rooms were quite dark and un-inviting. Tea/coffee making facilities would be good as would a bit more variety at breakfast. However, overall a good hotel in an ideal location for exploring Rome.

Good price but some problems
It was a good hotel to stay in. However, the walls are really thin so you can hear everything, besides, even if they clean the room every day (you have to leave the room), we had some allergic problems with dust that we think, they should take care about. The breakfast was ok. Overall, for a 3 stars hotel, it's a good place to stay if you want to be in downtown.
