Beautiful property in a great central La Jolla location. I’ve stayed quite a few times- this time I stayed in the wing which was my least favorite room. The sound from the people above kept me up, it sounded like a toddler was running back and forth at all hours. Definitely not the hotels fault but maybe they need to do more about sound transfer through the floors. The wing also faces the street so it’s hard to get both natural light and privacy. I would stay again but just in another room.

Loved everything about this place-very peaceful. It was very very clean, safe area, walkable to everything around, and just overall a nice place. Delightful Hotel! Beautiful Rooms!

This is a great little hotel! Location is perfect- nice and quiet but close walk to everything in town as well as the children’s pool and cove. Staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are unique, super comfortable and well appointed. We loved the penthouse with its own rooftop deck.

Property was top notch - from the warm and easy welcome you receive from the concierge to the complimentary oat milk latte, kombucha and water all on draft. Beautiful and quiet property. Rooms were super clean. Our bathroom was a little snug, otherwise, excellent property with highly responsive staff. Very helpful from the initial phone call to check-in which is almost automated. La Jolla surroundings are completely walkable with easy access to dining and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a special and lovely hotel. Our room was small and full of technical items. The TV was difficult to maneuver without joining a payment plan..... The room was a bit loud because of the AC and a device on the floor that would not turn off. Sounded like a leaf blower outdoors, which was not there in reality. The bathroom light was very bright and came on each time one entered the bathroom,,, which at night was bothersome....... there were no hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom, which were needed. The candles in the room were on all night and should have been turned off with directions left, if that were the case. Staff were very kind and helpful. The grounds and patio were very inviting and clean. They should offer a happy hour in the patio to let guests meet each other and feel relaxed to be staying there....................

The property location is great. It's an easy walk to a lot of restaurants (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It's also super close to the beach and the very walkable sidewalk along the beach. The hotel has a lot of extras- from reusable water bottles, collagen peptide packets in room to add to coffee and the best coffee maker ever in the common area and did I mention the in house kombucha and cold brew- both on tap. The outdoor seating area is the perfect place to hang out and chat before retiring for the day. Staff was excellent, too.

This was a fantastic stay in La Jolla! The feont desk service was proficient, friendly and went out of the way to help. The concierge was available via text. Overall space was beautiful! A quiet gem in La Jolla within walking distance of shopping, eats and the beach. And lastly, 🐕 friendly!!

Enjoyed our 5 night stay at Orli. The hotel is boutique, modern, spotlessly clean and the staff are fantastic. Always ready to help if needed and proactive at asking if there is anything at all they can help with without being intrusive. The area is lovely, easy to get around, easy to park, has many nice walkable eateries and no issues driving in and around all areas of San Diego from the hotel. I’d go back in a heartbeat which isn’t often I could say that and we are well travelled. Well done Orli team, you have a lovely hotel and manage a great experience for your guests.

Read the facility detail before reserving.

This hotel was not for us. It was nice but having to carry our luggage to the second floor ( no elevator) was a big negative since we are in our late 70s and have some health issues. We have never had a room with no closet or ironing board and that was also a negative. It did have a very nice courtyard which we enjoyed. We also liked being able to order beverages from the television screen. I blame myself for not checking the details. That was an expensive mistake.
