"Excellent value for money overall. Very comfortable and staff were really friendly and efficient.
Only improvements that could be made, a small fridge in the room would have been good and perhaps another chair ( only 1 at the desk ). "
"The only downside to the stay was that we were attending a function if was very difficult to get served. It was a busy function and maybe they should have had a few more staff available apart from that everything was good. "
"Excellent hotel which was clean spacious and had friendly staff. Could not fault anything except parking could be an issue as it’s a small car park. Other than that would definitely stay here again. Great value for money "
"The staff were super friendly and helpful. My son needed a pass printed off for a swimming gala he was attending - the staff printed it off for him within minutes. Thank you. This is our favourite hotel to stay at when we visit Aberdeen. The rooms are so well designed - I particularly like the sink and dressing area being part of the main room with only the toilet and shower behind the bathroom door. There’s also a fridge, the beds are super comfy and I love the full length windows. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future👍"
"We hadn’t been to Aberdeen for 20 years but when a relative became ill we decided to visit. The City has changed over the years and as a result Marriott built their Residenses in the city centre a newish build. The staff here are very pleasant kind and helpful and informative. Our room was spotless and had a fitted kitchen with microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a large shower with towels replaced as room service came to clean. Tea coffee and water supplied as we as cups plates and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect for a good nights sleep.
Breakfast was included cooked or cold items tea coffee and fruit juice. Extra cooked items were by request"
