We had an amazing time at Neela. The rooms were just as stunning as they look in the pictures and the staff and very friendly and always eager to help not matter the request. The rooms are very clean and smell fresh and there are two room services a day. One to tidy the room and one to get the room ready for bedtime. The hotel itself is also in the perfect location. It’s a short walk from pretty much everywhere and has an atm very close by. The staff are very happy to escort you to anywhere you need to go too. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and gave us a gift during our stay which we were not expecting but shows how well they take care of their guests. We Highly recommend Neela for your stone town stay.

Best hotel in Stonetown!

Fantastic stay! Such a lovely gem tucked away in a convenient and easy-to-access location. Staff was so friendly and helpful, rooms effortlessly embody understated luxury, and the restaurant, Breadfruit, is divine.

There was no pool and aircon was only in room, possibly in the resto downstairs, but in no common areas. Lovely staff, good food, nice decor and art. Lots of stairs. Airport shuttle was reasonable and good.
