Reservation without a room, Hotel.com reserved the room without confirm with the property and we end up did not have the room for tv night. This is a terrible mistake by your company Hotel.com!

Nice staff, not so clean

Very nice spot, however seemed very old and outdated. The staff was extremely friendly, but found two hairs in one of my beds and it seemed like the room hadn’t been deep cleaned in a minute. Nice location, but not worth the price. I’d pay a little bit more to stay somewhere actually nice.

The initial room we had was in the old section of the building. The room had a terrible musty smell. Fortunately we were able to be transferred to a room in the newer tower. The free breakfast provided was disappointing.
