I didn't have a single complaint about the Rockville Hilton. Everything was smooth and trouble-free, with both the room and the staff's attention, and it was a 2-minute walk from the back door of the hotel to the Metro station.

Customer Service
Check in staff was less than helpful with information or a warm welcome. I asked about parking and instead of providing all parking options I was given a one word answer. I wasn’t even pointed in the direction of the elevators which I would need to get to my room. After checking in, the same staff member was seen checking in an elderly man and she took the time to point out the elevator location to him. Is this enough for me not to come back, no but it was definitely noted mentally.
