Worth the money
This was a birthday stay for myself. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and well kept. I have no complaints but one. If you're parking after hours, there's no signs telling you to take the elevators down to the lobby and cross over there to get into the hotel since the hotel doors are closed til 6am. I'll definitely stay again. The lights in the room are automated including the curtains and blinds. Just push a button. Oh and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room as well.

Poor customer service
We loved your hotel when we first arrived. The room was great, Marcus was very kind checking us in. We sat down to watch a movie and could not get the casting to work on the tv. I tried to call the front desk multiple times the first evening and nobody ever picked up. The next morning I tried calling to ask about getting service and once again could not reach the front desk. We never did get service or new towels. I attempted to call the desk again and once again it just rang. After checking out the next morning we realized we left a pair of glasses in one of our rooms and the lady at the desk said housekeeping would check and bring them down. Twenty mins later we asked again, she said they were just getting to that room. Fifteen mins later, I asked again and was told we could not go ourselves and the staff was very busy. I said it’s been 40 mins now and she said I can’t do anything sorry. We waited another ten mins and went back and asked for a manager. I was told he wasn’t in and I asked for a phone number and she told me to wait while she answered the phone then used her walkie to ask housekeeping if they found the glasses yet. We are now at 55 mins of waiting. Our car rental is now an hour late. she mentions we had two rooms. The housekeeping staff did not know that. She then gave them our second room number and they went and found them. Over 1hr and 10 mins later! Would not stay here again!
