We have only good things to say about this hotel. The room was amazing, location perfect. Breakfast was superb. You walk to a restaurant very close and get to choose from a menu. Really good! We hope to be able to come back!

8/10 Very good

Modern accommodation in a great location. Only negative was construction next door which we weren't made aware of prior to arriving. The noise started early in the morning and continued most of the day.

It was perfectly located and easy to navigate. The room was on the small side but was perfectly comfortable for our weekend in Edinburgh

This has been one of our favorite places we’ve stayed at. The attention to detail, the amenities they offer, the location was all perfect. We even reached out to ask if they have properties in other parts of the world so we could stay there when traveling. If we come back to this amazing city, we will for sure stay here.

This was a great property in a convenient location. Just make sure you read the check in instructions before arrival. The PIN to enter the property is in an email sent shortly before arrival. But when travelling and with international phone plans/spotty coverage, it's easy to overlook. Fortunately, someone was exiting the property when we were trying to enter and they let us in. And we did the same for another couple. Not difficult, just different. Especially if you're exhausted from travel. Plan ahead and you will have a great stay. Once inside, it was perfect.

Location was great. Room was clean and modern. Staff were very polite and helpful. Random perk of free umbrella rental in such a rainy city was a small but pleasant touch.

Room was very clean and enjoyed having some additional amenities. Being able to cook some breakfast in the room was really nice. The hotel is situated very well for what all you might want to see. We were a 10-15 min walk to anything we wanted to see.

Beautiful decoration with a wonderful fragrance in the lobby and corridor felt elegant and cozy, everything was clean, the help from reception was amazing, the location was perfectly near everything. Will book again for sure next time we travel back to Edinburgh!

Great location. comfortable room but there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up the towels and the towels had loops on them which made no sense. That is our only complaint.
