6/10 Good

Property was clean, staff was helpful, pool was small and not great for kids even traveling during the weekdays. Couples making out in the pool, again, not kid friendly. No ice machine. Modern spot. Great for young people I guess

8/10 Very good

The room was great, check in and front desk staff excellent, but we had little time to utilize the hotel's full array of amenities. The local area is fun and walking distance and we hope to come back in warmer weather.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is extremely charming and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Having a nearby CVS and several food options, this is definitely a location I will revisit when back in Louisville. The Cafe downstairs made getting matcha & breakfast extremely efficient.
