Stayed one night and liked this hotel very much. The location is 15minutes from Telmini st. with large suitcase. The room was very clean and neat. A man at the reception desk was kind and friendly. A staff at the bar corner was also kind to answer to our questions about the restaurants around the hotel.

To continue our journey through Italy, after visiting Florence, Pisa, and Lucca, we returned to Rome for one final night, July 18–19, 2026. And where did we stay? Of course, at the CC Palace Hotel! To our wonderful surprise, we discovered that Elodie had arranged an upgraded room for us. What an amazing and thoughtful gesture! Once again, the hotel exceeded our expectations. During this stay, Stefania provided the same exceptional level of customer service we had experienced previously. Her warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality made our final night in Rome just as memorable as our earlier stay. Our two stays at CC Palace Hotel confirmed that the outstanding service we experienced the first time was no coincidence - it reflects the hotel’s genuine commitment to its guests. We will definitely return to CC Palace Hotel on our next visit to Rome and wholeheartedly recommend it to family, friends, and anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in the city.
