Excellent room and facilities. Room and certain other areas such as softplay, could have been cleaner, with dust build up around edges. Some of the hotel seemed a bit disorganised. Booked a takeaway breakfast for an early flight home, and the employee at the front desk claimed that this was not possible. Kitchen staff acknowledged that it had been ordered, but when to check if it was finished and never came back. Kids club activities didn't run to schedule. Pool opening times seemed to change each day. Overall a brilliant hotel for kids, just needs some more attention to detail to be truely amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It offers a ton of fantastic activities for kids, the food is great with good variety, and the main pool temperature was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended, especially for kids up to age 9. Room for improvement: The water in the slides was a bit chilly; it would be great if they heated them a little more.

Amazing Stay at Mövenpick Balaton

overall it was an excellent experience – a great family hotel, very clean, well-maintained, with a fun atmosphere and good service. The only downside was the pricing of extras – lunch at the restaurant, drinks at the pool, in the room, and in the restaurants were extremely overpriced, which feels unreasonable. Since it’s clearly a kids’ hotel, of course parents will buy, and it seems the hotel takes advantage of that with inflated prices. Another small downside was the large number of mosquitoes. They didn’t bite, but it was unpleasant.
