Horrible hotel air conditioner did not work and pillow was dirty and rude lady at the desk
Otiesha at the front desk was wonderful, as was Donna at the bar. That is all i can say for this place. The room was DIRTY. I asked to have it cleaned - it wasn't, the carpets weren't vacuumed, there were sprays of god knows what on the walls. The wallpaper is peeling and old. This hotel has had a facelift intended to make it look good from a distance only. The other people I interacted with for service were bored, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The view was amazing and the price was fabulous but not worth it overall.
Long wait to check in, 3rd person in line and waited over 40 minutes . Lady was asking everyone to spell their names many times. She even asked us to read our refit card number out loud because she could not see the numbers. Once it was my turn , it took another 20 mins to get my room key. Please clean the rooms. Also they said free wifi, the lobby and Resturant have free wifi not the rooms.
Pretty good for the price and location.
It's a couple of things that needed to be replaced the towel holder bent and barely in its fixture the shower bracket was broken so u had to hold the shower head to rinse off room 110
