Demasiado ruido

Tuvimos problemas con el ruido. Se hospedan muchos trabajadores de la zona y lo utilizan como lugar para fiesta. Estuvieron haciendo ruido toda la madrugada. Y al quejarnos con la recepcion su excusa fue que eran trabajadores. Se nos cambio de habitacion pero volvieron a hacer ruido desde las 4 de la mañana.

Ni estacionamiento ni factura.

Mal, tienen estacionamiento pero no nos dejaron estacionarnos, tratamos de cancelar la reservación pero no hacían reembolso y tuvimos que buscar estacionamiento lejos de ahí, lo que ocasionó más gasto de tiempo, dinero y traslados innecesarios. El otro aspecto negativo es que nos dijeron que tampoco emiten facturas.

Fue buena la estancia aunque estubimos un rato sin cable ya que falló por unas horas Y tuvimos unos pequeños problemas con la facturación ya que decían que ellos no me podían facturar que lo tendría que hacer directamente con ustedes.
