My friend and I attend a convention in Hampton but always stay in Williamsburg for the ambiance. The property has THE BEST location!! We were able to walk the Colonial city in the evening and get to a wide selection of restaurants on foot. This condo was the perfect size for 2 ladies with sewing machines. The kitchen was great and the beds comfortable. The toilets are shorter than what you're used to so forewarned that you fall an extra couple inches. We will DEFINITELY stay again next year.

Loved this facility. Great location. Super clean. Staff very helpful. Two bedroom unit with kitchen , gas fireplace. Three tvs. Couldn’t ask for more. Nitpick was cleanliness of elevator lobbies but almost not worth mentioning. Will definitely stay here many times again

Very disappointed in the small rooms that were stuffed with beds much too large for them. Doors,would not fully open on master bedroom. And came back from a morning out to discover a nasty mess in one of the bathrooms and water all over the floor. No one seemed to be able to explain this. We checked out shortly afterwards. I was very disappointed as had stayed there a few months prior and had a very nice clean room in one of the newer sections. My guess is they use the older building for bookings on hotels.com and similar sites. Since this was a January stay, there wasn’t a lack of open rooms. Doubt we bother to stay there again.
