Wonderful stay for a mom and son getaway
My son and I decided to have a mommy and son day, before I have my 2nd child. My 8 year old son wanted to stay at the Ritz. He wanted to enjoy the indoor heated pool and order room service. He loved the pool and the food ordered through room service was on point my son is very picky regarding hotels and food. He has been traveling since he was 6 weeks old and has always had a high standard for hotels and food.

Upon check on I confirmed my room was pre paid and the front desk confirmed however when I got to the room I got an alert from American Express saying my card had been run not for a hold but for the full amount Aside from that the room was tattered Paint chipped, cheap hardware, dirty carpet Etc Etc Etc // I once worked at the Ritz Carlton in Phoenix and this stay was not up to The Ritz Carlton standards I am accustomed to.
