The room was clean and the staff was fine but we were disappointed to find the in room coffee had been discontinued. The coffee was only available in the breakfast area and it always in pain to get dressed and take an elevator to get your morning wake-up coffee. Maybe it's just us, but we will probably find another place to stay with in room coffee next time.

My two favorite people was the beautiful young lady at the front desk, who pointed out all the great restaurants and the young lady who cook all of the breakfast for us while we were staying there thank the crew and the management.

Received an apology from the clerk on duty but no discount on the room. Gave an ungenerous 2,000 IHG pts worth about $10 at some later date. My wife was unable to shower prior to surgery the next day. Very shabby treatment.
