Lovely hotel in an ideal location for us as we arrived by train. Lovely spacious room. We arrived before check in but were able to leave our bags and when we came back they had already been taken to our room which was very helpful! Breakfast was an amazing buffet. Staff were most helpful at check in and again on leaving, particularly Gary.

A fabulous 3 days.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed and linen. 3 great restaurants, the degustation was nearly 4 hours of deliciousnes. Absolutely wonderful. The building of a tramline section in front of the hotel is complete so no noise or dust. Easy access in a taxi.

Not worth a visit

The location of the hotel is great, but there are several issues to note. The rooms are quite small, and the staff is generally inattentive. We arrived at the hotel bar for a last drink at 11:40 PM, only to be told that we wouldn’t be served because they had closed the till, despite the bar being supposed to stay open until midnight. The following evening, my husband tried to book a table for dinner at the bar, only to be told by the same young waiter that the restaurant was fully booked. Oddly enough, there was only one table occupied at that time. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the hotel provides coffee and tea in the room only on the first night, which seems inadequate for a 4-star hotel.

A charming hotel in the heart of Bologna, perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. While the room and bed were on the smaller side, they were comfortable enough for a one-night stay. However, the bathroom could use some improvements— the shower didn’t function properly, and we had towels for one person. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit better. With a few upgrades, this could be an even better choice.

We booked a suite for our family and loved it. It was modern and clean and had a balcony. The amenities were top-notch and so was the service. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in multiple trips to Europe. We would definitely book this again on a return trip to Bologna.

Recommended, great location and conditions

Highly recommend this hotel, great location close to the city. Fantastic outdoor space for both cocktails and breakfast which is well served, although if you appreciate a full continental breakfast, they need to improve their hot dishes especially the eggs. Nice interior design, bathrooms could be further improved. Nevertheless I would return here at any given moment.

Stayed for one night. We arrived during a sudden heavy storm and parking was tight. Valet was excellent and helped us to find a space. Considering the weather this guy was saint. Great bar and restaurant. Totally recommend
