Excellent venue for a short break in the Cotswolds. Room was very good, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant outlook. Weddings didn't impinge on the privacy and comfort of others. Breakfast was substantial, and staff cleared tables quickly. We are in the Old Boathouse and enjoyed three pleasant meals. Staff throughout the complex were very friendly and courteous.

The hotel is very nice, room clean with a lovely view of the lake. Food and drinks in the bar were very good with a nice atmosphere The spa was very disappointing though as the pool was far too cold and most of the spa type features (jets etc) were not working. Also we mistakenly left an item in the room which the hotel staff told us was not handed in which is again very disappointing when staying at an upmarket hotel.

Room was large and well appointed, large very comfortable bed. Bathroom had nice toiletries and was clean. Decking outside of room with comfortable wood chairs by the river was good although a bit close to the next room. Buffet breakfast very good plenty of choice and good coffee. Staff were very polite and helpful
