6/10 Good

This hotel is in a great location. The amenities are great, but the hotel needs to be updated. The lobby is old, but fine. Our furniture was dated and chipped. The cabinet that houses the fridge was warped and had chunks missing. The baseboards were messy.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. The amenities and overall experience made our anniversary trip feel extra special, and the thoughtful anniversary gift we received was such a lovely cherry on top! ❤️ The only area that could have used a little more attention was the room cleanliness, as some areas could have been dusted more thoroughly. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality and special touches that helped make our anniversary memorable.

We had a king size suite. It was wonderful! Great space, wonderful bed and linens. Hotel was fairly quiet. We enjoyed the pool and pool bar. Lots of fun, although the music is very loud. The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and Starbucks is on site as well. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Perfect location in gas town and near the baseball field and convention center
