Room was comfortable if a little warm overnight (better than being cold!) bathroom was a wet room and very clean (we had accessible room) however it would have been useful to have more shelving. I also couldn’t get hot water through the shower but I’m guessing that was me not doing something right! The bar was very relaxing and played good music. Please consider stocking a dry vermouth/vermut other than martini: it isn’t possible to make a martini cocktail without this! I did have a lovely Hugo Spritz though. 🍸 Valet parking service excellent. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner there but restaurant looked very bright and clean.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded, due to it being our wedding anniversary, and they gave us chocolates in the room and put petals on the bed. Very comfortable nights sleep would highly recommend

Firstly the staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly, very helpful. Bar and dining room very good. We paid extra for an upgrade room and felt, although the room had plenty of space, it was a little dated and very dark, especially the bathroom.
