    Nice hotel central to Albert Dock

    We stayed at the hotel as it was convenient for all the activities and tours we had planned for our first visit to Liverpool and to sight see all the Beatles attractions. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The downside was the horrible WiFi in our room. We actually had no connectivity one night when my wife had to get on a teleconference with her office in California. She had to to down to the front desk to ask when it would be up. After some waiting, they thankfully got the issue fixed but the overall speed of the WiFi throughout our stay was spotty. We had a nice buffet breakfast in the hotel as well

    Rude security guard on 25th night

    Everything was good but on 25th night the guard at the gate was very very rude in asking us whether we are staying in the hotel or not. When we said yes we are staying here, he insisted us to show our room keys. He didnt do that with another couple.

    5 Star Stay!

    City center hotel. Close to everything Liverpool has to offer. Clean, updated, modern hotel that was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
