We enjoyed our stay overall and would return! The location was excellent and the beach was lovely. There were a few things that were a bit off, such as the hotel turning off air conditioning for the season (October stay) which made the room unpleasantly warm (25 degrees) at night and the piano bar not having anyone play the piano because it was the off season. Our room was lovely and the balcony was fabulous.

We had a fantastic stay here. From the transfer from the airport which was included in the V level perks to the attentiveness of Maria at breakfast, we had a memorable stay and were already talking about returning next year. The beach and pool have the most stunning views of sunset, the bus to the old town is directly outside the hotel and takes 15 minutes, the spa is a hidden gem and even the scent of the hotel is lovely. A really great stay!

Beautiful room, Staff was amazing even to American travelers and food was amazing. Such a good beach and so wonderfully located between old town and the port for ferry, excursions, and such Uber rides were on average €8-€10 each way on uber just amazing will be coming back could’ve spent all 11 days of vacation here my family was so sad to leave.

Room was dirty and the property overall not very nice- beach is rocky and lounge chairs are filthy. Best to use Uber as there is no one to help w a taxi. But you can’t beat the location or the view - right on the ocean in a really beautiful spot. Outdoor lounge was nice - good food and good bands at night. For the price I expected something like a Ritz Carlton level experience but this is not on par with that at all. Might be our mistake - maybe just an expensive area. We called Expedia right away with an issue and they were very helpful - was definitely better than trying to resolve it ourselves.

Place is just lovely, with a beach right on the coast. Hotel was well maintained and staff were always very helpful. We had a breakfast buffet included with our room that was just excellent. The location is 15 to 30 minutes from oldtown, depending on traffic, by local bus. The bus service was great, getting us door to door from the hotel to old town and we didn't have to worry about renting a car and parking. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone visiting dubrovnik.
