The hotel was fabulous, especially for the reasonable price. I would have been satisfied having paid several times more than I did. Facilities and amenities are top notch. The staff is exceptional. Service was excellent. I honestly don’t understand who was unhappy enough to complain. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and well taken care of. I also loved the system where the hotel gives you a ¥1,500 discount if you choose not to have your room cleaned. This perfectly offset the daily parking fee of ¥1,500.
