Great hotel. Close to the airport and all the staff are very friendly. The front desk staff were really helpful and kindly us check in early. They even helped us join two separate bookings easily. There is a playground that you can access through the 4th floor. And a very large playground about 5 mins away from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room for us. Our only complaint was that our room faced the convention center and unfortunately we could hear the sounds at night from our room. We still managed to sleep but if you are a light sleeper I would suggest requesting a room that faces the other way ☺️

Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

6/10 Good

This is a 4.5-5 star hotel. Room is very nice but pool was out of commission for two days and no sign. Very murky water and no urgency to fix it. Other issue is the lack of warm water for a shower. I would think easy to fix ... management?
