After reading some of the previous reviews we were very sceptical, but we are happy to say, the room and bathroom were very clean, the bedding was fresh and the reception staff very polite and helpful. The on-site carpark is very small and was full but the recption directed us to a car park in Montague Road literally minutes from the hotel and it was cheaper. The hotel could do with a little TLC but was absolutley fine for our 1 night stay.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff very friendly and helpful. £10/hour extra charge for early check-in and £5pp for access to the gym. Free access to the pool, but do need to bring your own padlock for the lockers or can purchase one. The room itself is quite basic. The bed is very hard and they only supply one thin pillow per person. So didn’t have a very good sleep. Only one towel each, with no hand towels. No bath mat. A bit inconvenient and could be easily rectified.

Great for our single overnight stay after a trip to Twickenham- it’s about a 30 min easy walk to the ground and we were lucky enough to get one of the dozen or so parking spaces which cost £20 per 24 hours. The gym and pool are excellent and the onsite Thai massage also extremely good. Next doors authentic Indian was one of the best we’ve ever had. Room was fine a bit tired and my pillow had seen much better days but overall excellent value for money with a Greggs and Costa around the corner for breakfast.
