Great location, ok/good hotel, could be better
The hotel is in a great location, very central, near a lot of attractions. Breakfast is very good, worth the money. However, the rooms are ok, sub-par for the brand/money, beds are not that comfortable. I have seen much better for the same money. Internet is ok, some areas fast, some areas slow. Very small "business lounge", only for 4 people. Small bar area, if you meet someone feels very cramped. By the way, what is wrong with the elevators? You need to use the room key but never works. It has been like this for 3 years, I think it's time to fix it right?

Money Hungry
I did not enjoy my stay, because the room I received was not so clean, and the bed was not comfortable. I also feel that for a Melia property, this hotel should have had better bed linens and towels. I am most frustrated with having a visitor in this hotel. I do not mind to sign in my guest, but to have to pay for your visitor 70brl plus 5% tax is just robbery. If I am visiting this city, and my friends from this city wants to come and hang out with me, i feel we should not have to pay for their to my room. Its ridiculous. I have decided to not go to this hotel again.
