Service was amazing. View of the Newport bridge was nice. Room was very clean and able to check-in early. Only comment is a strange and subtle (very quiet but noticeable if listening for it) sound that seemed to come from the vent.

Very good deal!
I love the layout of the grounds/island, the patio, the outdoor pool, the outdoor bar, the walking paths, fire pits, ice skating rink all of it, well planned. The restaurant was good, a bit of a long wait for our burgers (almost 45 minutes), in room coffee maker didn’t work, not a big deal, went downstairs for the complimentary coffee. Over all a very good deal, just not great.

Loved it!
We were greeted by a smiling, happy front desk employee. Our room was upgraded without asking. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable. There was a shuttle that took you to downtown Newport, about 5 minutes away. There was a rink for ice skating (you could also rent skates). The bar area was comfortable, reasonably priced & had delicious desserts. I can’t say enough about this hotel.
