Average & served its purpose
Overall, the hotel served its purpose. I tend to stay in 2.5/3 star hotels regularly. This one ranks lowest on my list. It needs a facelift. We stayed for a wedding, kids excited about the pool only to find that there was so much chlorine in it it had a thick foam layer (i scooped some out with the cleaning skimmer) the entire weekend, didnt feel it was safe to swim. Pros: The girls at the front desk were sweet, breakfast selection was good, beds comfy and i felt safe so all +'s in my book. Cons: tvs didnt work (after mentioning it with other family members, some of theirs didn't work either!) on one tv we find out 'someone stole the hdmi cord'. My room needs some attention soon (stains, cracked sink) pool condition poor :( overall, it feels like they care enough to make the business run smoothly but not enough to put them over the top or anything more than average/slightly below satisfactory while staying as a guest. If you need a quick night or 2 this place served its purpose with basics. If you are looking for a little more, go somewhere else.

Don’t Stay Here!!!!!!
Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Doors slam during entry or exit, also stairwell is like a bomb going off, Carpet stained in several places, food on floor, remote did not work, reported it and was never repaired/replaced. Very disappointed, would never recommend or stay here again

Bad stay in Augusta.
I have stayed at quite a few country inn and Suites in different places but this I can't tell any of my friends to stay there. From the time I entered the hotel. U had people working but they didn't clean up behind themselves or they didn't do a good enough job. The bathtub had stains in, no liners for the ice container. Workers cleaning up the parking lot blowing dust and everything else on it. Couldn't get the computer to work for me. One little bar of soap. I could some other things but I think u get the point.

Disappointed
I booked the room for six days and five nights when booking my flight to Augusta, Georgia. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. However, the overall condition of the facility, other than the room was not what I expected as the overall facility was under reconstruction and should have been advised at the time of booking. On Tuesday, the last day of our stay the breakfast was closed and we were given a plastic bag with an apple, chips and breakfast bar. I feel we are due some consideration as the hallways were dirty and I had to remind the staff of there need for cleaning. The cleaning staff for the room left something to be desired as the the beds were thrown together and I had to remind the staff to change the sheets which they didn't do until Monday the next to last day of our stay.,

Terrible
We stayed here for a business trip and in the middle of the night the toilet overflowed leaving the entire bathroom flooded as well as the carpet outside of the door, called the front desk clerk and the only thing she told me was why i didn’t turn the water to the toilet off, I told her I’m not familiar with turning water off from a toilet and who wants to walk through toilet water at 1am

Good pick
Not a bad choice for staying in Augusta. Convenient to restaurants and stores, right off the highway and not far from downtown. Minor complaint was that they basically ran out of almost everything at breakfast with about a half hour left, so had to go out to eat. Otherwise, would surely come back.

I'll stay there again!
I make fairly regular business trips to Augusta. It was a one night stay and I kinda wish it had been a couple more nights with the room I had.

Not recommended
We adamantly do not recommend this hotel. We had evacuated our home two days earlier with 2 small children for Hurricane Dorian and were on our return trip home, trying to get closer for an easy drive in the morning. We arrived at the hotel with the intentions of watching football and decompressing. The first NFL game of the year was on Thursday night- on NBC. The hotel was not in great shape as we made our way to our room. We could have dealt with this. We get in the room. There were two TVs. No local channels. On another night, it might not have mattered, but tonight it did. Hotels.com customer service was helpful. Our front desk clerk was not. She “contacted” the owner to cancel our reservation by texting him. Of course, he did not respond. She even went so far as to say she doesn’t really watch tv so didn’t understand our problem. That’s really not okay nor is it helpful. If a hotel does not provide basic local channels on a tv, that needs to be disclosed. We were absolutely disgusted with the lack of understanding and help as we also fight the stress of a hurricane evacuation. Nonetheless we wasted $130 on this hotel because we booked another room (for less) at a much nicer hotel nearby.
