10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is perfect and good for the price, and the location is the best you can get, as is steps from train station, bus station and easy to move around in Bergamo. Lots of places to eat around. Great staff and nice and clean rooms, with excellent AC.

10/10 Exceptional

Lots of shops and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk, and very close to the train and bus stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and well appointed (plenty of hangers and towels).

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, accessible and convenient. What more can you ask for? The hotel is across the street from both the bus and train station. A comfortable 15 minute walk to main attractions downtown as well as the funicular to the upper city. Plenty of restaurants close by. Oh..and the AC was perfect.

The room was clean and we didn't use any ammenities since we were in between the train and the airport. Got there at 9 PM and left at 6:00 AM the next morning.

8/10 Very good

Great location in front of the station where we had to catch a train at 8:00 AM. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and well maintained. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the noise. The claim was that windows are soundproofed, but there was an open-air concert nearby and the noise was definitely NOT shut out!!

Great location for train station and nice room.

Great location especially for the train station. Room directly opposite lift but didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Room size and condition great!

6/10 Good

Location for buses and trains excellent however the downside many gangs of young people hanging around hotel area all day and night making you feel nervous.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent location for airport bus link and onward train journeys from the station across the road. Beautiful city centre with plenty to see and do, eating spots and bars, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful Bergamo is, an absolute hidden gem of a place. The only concern, which has nothing to do with the hotel, was the scores of men hanging around the stations and surrounding areas. This is not unique to Bergamo but the ideal location is somewhat undermined by the safety concerns, particularly of an evening. That all said I would not think twice about returning to Bergamo.

Nice

Chosed this hotel cause had an early flight from BGY. 2 min walk from trainstation and 2 min walk to busstation. Buss nr 1 goes to Airport, cost 4euro and you can pay with card on the buss. There is an ok supermarket at the trainstation open to 9pm. Otherwise nice comfy room, good space. Clean big bathroom. Can really recomend this if you have an early fligt or if you just like to stay in Bergamo.

6/10 Good

Nice hotel in great location

Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, opposite the Train and Bus station and walking distance from Bars & Restaurants & Centre. Clean & Tidy, Breakfast okay but for €10 there are nicer cafes with better food within walking distance. Room on the third floor right in front of the lifts. Cleaners trolley was outside my room for near the duration of my stay. Had one working day in my room where all I heard was a hoover for hours. Was loud in the mornings and late in the evenings with people get in and out the lift.

Nice hotel fair price in the city center. Small rooms but clean. Only problem is on weekends it is very close to a bar/club and you can hear some of the music.

A really good stay. Clean room. Staff were helpful. Whenever we needed anything they provided. Hotel is close to bus and train so easy access to get to places. Shops near by. Only thing the breakfast has not many options but then again there are shops near by which you can go. Overall its really good place to go and will recommend
