Hotel is conveniently located on the main street. the hallway and lift is not in the best condition but the rooms were ok and the toilet was decent sized and clean. breakfast was awesome and i recommend this hotel for a day traveler.

Not worth the price paid

Disappointed with the stay. First and foremost place reeked of stale/moldy stench. I checked in late and staff was sleeping which was fine but the room had mold and the bed head rest and the bathroom was filled with it. Called and asked to change the room due to my medical condition and was denied saying rooms were full. No towels or toiletries, the towel that was later offered was dirty and I decided not to use it. The one positive experience was the reception carried paracetamol as I had a strong headache and that helped me through the night

The Kings Park Grand is located in a convenient area to the airport and the beach, but it is also located across the street from a cool outside bar/club that blasts music until 3-4am every night. If you are a heavy sleeper, this might be fine for you, however the rooms were not well insulated for noise. Could hear conversations echoing down the hallway as well as the club music from Off the Record.

There was no AC working around receiption area . It is always hot in Chennai. Lifts looks old and suffocated. My room was not having any wardrobe which i did not expect. Not so good experience and will not like to book again if i am paying 4k for one night.

Nice, new and modern environment but needs a little bit more clean practices. I think the property also has a sewer problem as the bathroom had awful smell that comes from the sewer. Thankfully they were able to fix it for which we are thankful. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not clean even once during that time.
