Location is fantastic if you want to stay right at the Ramblas. Rooms were modern and comfortable. My only issue was the smoky smell and the strong smell of the cleaning products to cover the smoky smell. If you can handle that, this is the place for you!

The smell of cleaning products ruined the stay

First I want to say that the staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful! The hotel also has a great location, the subway is right outside the door, walking distance to a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, the corridors and room smell a LOT because of cleaning products and/or diffusers they have in the rooms (I had two different ones in mine), I think it is a mix between the both and bleach. I might be more sensitive than others, but I had a really hard time being in the room and it felt like the smell stuck to everything in the room, curtains, sheets, and my own clothes. Other than that, the rooms was in okay shape, thin walls but that's just Spain, I expected nothing else. Cleaning was overall good. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Det bästa är läget. Hade gärna fått information om att tunnelbanan går under hotellet och att det är en nattklubb på första våningen som stänger kl 02:30 varje kväll i veckan. Om man är känslig för ljud ska man undvika att bo på detta hotell.

Homeless people were gathered outside our balcony every night doing drugs, getting into fights, being loud all night. During the day there was an ongoing construction in the area right in front and around the hotel making is very loud and noisy all day.The room smelled really bad and wasn’t clean enough.
