We only stayed two nights but the hotel was perfect. We had two meals in the restaurant which were both amazing. The hotel is perfectly placed for a short break in Cologne we will definitely be back again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very close to the train station and the cathedral. The staff were extremely helpful, and our connecting rooms were lovely. We drank in the bar and had amazing cocktails. The only fault - we had to pay a security deposit of €100 that we were assured would be given back immediately. It has still not been refunded 6 says later even after request.

4/10 Fair

Good things: 1) only 5 mins walk to koln central station 2) spacious room 3) located in safe area Other comments:1) Room located at 1/F corner 2) After house keeping, the big windows were all opened. Could hear clearly the cars passing by, people talking, the Dom bell ringing in the early morning at 6! Very disturbing. Need to call the staff to close the windows as the Windows are very big , tall and heavy. 3) The Windows were all opened again the next day and need to call the front desk again. 4) After house keeping, no replacement of small towels provided, need to ask the front desk 5) The room is a bit dated, probably need some renovation.
