At the time the property was not running the air conditioning in the rooms. It was a warm weekend and opening the windows to sleep was not good either since there was traffic noise. 첫날 밤 11시쯤 늦은 체크인을 했는데 배정받은 방의 에어컨필터가 청소가 안되어있는지 검은 가루같은게 계속 나왔어요. 그리고 냉방도 더뎌서 이래저래 불편했네요. 하지만 시간이 너무 늦어서 그냥 하루 불편하게 잤네요. 주차나 위치는 좋습니다. 고객응대는 평범하구요. 다만 미리미리 객실정비는 잘 확인했음 좋겠네요.

이사때문에 중간에 15일정도 묶었습니다. 시설이 낡지만 그런대로 가격대비는 무난한 수준입니다. 중간에 보일러가 고장나서 한번 방을 옮겼는데, 레지던스다 보니 짐이 많은데 아무도 도와주지 않아서 고생했습니다. 방 이동의 귀책이 고객이 아니라면 방 이동시 도와주는 세심한 배려가 필요할 것 같습니다. 기타 위치나 가격 등의 가성비 조건은 괜찮습니다.
