Our stay was for our anniversary trip and subsequent engagement. We wanted a place within walking distance of various locations in Edinburgh. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The staff elevated our stay, every single staff member was helpful, friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and the location is probably the best in terms of proximity to everything in old town. Hotel is clean, has great amenities, breakfast and room service were excellent. 5 star experience.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The staff were exceptional across every area of the hotel with special mention for Roland (sorry if that’s not correct!) who did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay, after a slight noise disruption on our first night. It was a true 5 star experience and we’ll definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was wonderful—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic, with so many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy our trip. The hotel was worth every penny and truly made our visit even more memorable. Our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to experience everything the area has to offer! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’re already planning a return trip in the next few years. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
