Brilliant location, right on thr waterfront by Ofelia Plads. Few minutes walk to most Central attractions. Room was spotless. I didn't like the pebble bathroom floor though, it was uncomfortable and didn't feel like it would be easy to clean. The shower leaked so the floor by the sink was wet, got wet socks while brushing teeth/using the mirror.

There was a gym that I discovered on my last day, and it had a reasonable amount of equipment and in pretty good shape. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many options. Not to be missed. The room itself was clean, standard, and fully satisfied our needs. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location and I would recommend it.

Our room (superior Plus ) was perfect for a family of 4. However it was a bit of dust and not cleaned under cushion covers , shelf’s and on top of bed/sofa ends. A minus is that a room like that doesn’t have a kettle or a fridge. Breakfast was good with generous serving hours as well as the hotels check in/out hours are great!

The staff was great and the breakfast truly awesome. Only complaint was that the room didn’t have enough coffee, just 2 packets of instant coffee for 2 people. The room is not cleaned unless requested the night before, so there was no way to replenish the coffee…. Location is terrific, close to Nyhavn.

The stay was mostly okay, is it considered affordable for copenhagen but please be aware the toilet amenities are extremely limited, only shampoo and body wash available, every else is not included. It would’ve been more helpful if this was stated explicitly. The younger guy at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful with a very good attitude. However, an older lady working beside him was not helpful and condescending towards customers. Overall it was a decent stay but the lady at the counter made it slightly unpleasant.

First time ever in Copenhagen, and I can tell you was the best, the hotel and the staff were awesome!. I book a double room and we got a gorgeous room with a bay view, the view we have was beautiful, got the opera of Copenhagen building, the bay, gorgeous sunrise. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed. Bathroom had a good size. And you can’t beat the location, just to blocks away from the amalienborg palace. Honestly the only one downside I found is the small size for the lift, besides that it’s the best! I’m surely coming back because I still have lots of things to do and learn from there.

Location is very convenient. The room we were ultimately given was quite nice (told it was an upgrade). This may be the result of our refusal to take the basement room assigned. Manager of course not available. Waited until 8pm to be assigned a decent room. Bad start! (Bit of a pattern here, by the way Expedia). Often seemed to be assigned basement rooms...considering booking direct with hotels to avoid this!

Breakfast used to be included at this and all Scandic hotels. It was excellent. Now they charge DKK 180 / USD 28 / EUR 24 / GBP 21 per person per day. Hotel still good but now I will look for alternatives when coming to Copenhagen.

Nice hotel Centrally located Pleasant staff Used to have a wonderful breakfast included but now they charge DKK 180 per person per day (USD 28 / GBP 21 / EUR 24) which will certainly influence my choice of hotel in Copenhagen next time. Scandic Front was a terrific location, on the harbor, just one block off Nyhavn and around the corner from the Changing of the Guard at Amelianborg Castle. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was expansive with good Gluten Free options. Staff were helpful, as we needed to refrigerate medication.
