Good location, not too far from the city centre. Comfy beds although the main pillow was too large and the smaller pillow was too small. We had breakfast one of our mornings and the buffet was fresh and well topped up with good variety of different foods. The mini bar in the room was well stocked although there is no price list so almost took more than we would have wanted to pay for. We arrived very late our first night but the reception desk had two staff members on it which meant our check in was quick and smooth. Overall good stay and would recommend

The hotel is excellent overall and well-located right next to the metro station. Rooms are largely good and hotel well laid out. My bathroom light had no switch, so i had to decide whether to have the light on all night or no access to a bathroom light by removing my key card. Breakfast was OK quality but exceptionally crowded. Gym was OK.

Overall, the hotel was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was done regularly and we were happy with the cleanliness throughout our stay. However, there were a few disappointing points. We had specifically requested a room with a nice view, but unfortunately our request was not accommodated and they did not offer to move us to a room with a better view. More importantly, the room was quite cold. Even after I reported the problem, the heating was not repaired; instead, we were simply given a portable heater. We were also disappointed with the pool/spa facilities. The pool required an additional fee and closed quite early, so we were never able to use it during our stay. The restrictions on children’s access also made it very inconvenient for a family travelling with children. The room itself was large and pleasant, and the cleanliness was very good. However, despite specifically requesting a room with a nice view, we were not given one and our request to change rooms was not accommodated. Combined with the unresolved heating issue and the restrictive and costly pool policy, these points were disappointing and our stay could have been much better.

Great value for money, affordable yet really qualitative. Breakfast buffet, included in the price of the room is a kick-start for a tourist's day. Great base for somebody needing to stay in Södermalm, but T-bana station next door connects well to all other areas.

Overall very nice hotel, fairly close to old town with a short uber or scooter ride. The compact room was small but had enough for the basics. The only downfall I had for the room was that my thermostat didn’t work very well and would not change the room temp. I got it to not keep heating but could not get it to cool down.
