All staff at the Great George are all so nice and helpful!! The staff go over and above to make your stay memorable. Very clean rooms. I was in the Wellington building. The main area on first floor in Wellington could use a little updating to make it more user friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I liked the manager drink from 5-6 pm on weekdays.

6/10 Good

The location is great & the main building is beautiful. I received a complimentary upgraded room which didn't end up being an upgrade - it was on the main floor and two of the windows didn't have working locks on them. I addressed the fact with 2 different staff members that as a single woman, I didn't feel comfortable in a street level room with windows that didn't lock, especially when the bedroom window faced an alleyway. My concerns were brushed aside as the maintenance staff were already off for the day and that they have video surveillance of the property.
