Fair
The hotel was old and in need of repair but i think they kept it as clran as they could. The breakfast was ok...not great, but ok. I was dissappointed with the park shuttle. It was one of the main reasons that i booked there. I didn't realize that there was only one shuttle in the morning and only one at night. No other option. Only opening to closing.

You get what you pay for - less in this case
Didn't stay due to bugs in bed (possibly ants) and mouse poop on floor. Top "decorative" bed blanket was torn. Room looked recently "remodelled" by an amateur. Paint on floor, sloppy job on flooring etc... Front office looks like you're visiting a jail. Dirty, run down, dated.

Ok, but never again..
I travel for work and stay at a lot of Orlando area hotels. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know how difficult it is to please everyone. People love to complain. The staff are friendly and efficient. The place is old but has been updated somewhat. For a budget motel it's reasonably clean and kept. The issue I have is the roaches. It's Florida and bugs are always present. However, I killed 14 roaches in my room in 6 hours. All sizes and stages of development. They have an infestation and it needs to be addressed. Clearly they don't spend any money on pest prevention. That's unacceptable. I didn't get any sleep or rest. For me , this place has made the "never again" list.
