Only for single travelers
I recommend this hotel only to single travelers who will spend no time in the hotel room. Standard rooms are not big enough for two people. Bed is badly designed and cannot be made properly. Location is great, though.

Wonderful hotel!
Wonderful hotel! Very clean, friendly and accommodating staff, and looks new! The rooms are a bit small compared to what some might be used to but pretty standard for Europe. The one thing I will say though is that the area around the hotel, while close to many tourist attractions is not the best after dark.

American traveling alone in Ireland
This was my first time traveling alone. I didn't really know what to expect on my first trip. The whole staff were incredibly knowledgable and truly very helpful. I could not have been taken better taken care of from concierge (Anna) to the bartender Patrick - and every one else! Thank you for making my stay comfortable and helping me feel comfortable on my first time out! I think the only real "complaint" I have is that I couldn't charge my electronics while I was traveling around. However, its not the biggest deal as this is how eco-friendly this hotel is. You need to be in the room with your card to charge your electronics. Housekeeping were very clean and on top of it.I also love when I started my journey, the hotel was located in a very good distance to start at the Jameson Distillery!

Rooms is small, but we expected that in Dublin and based on the description. Hotel is very nice and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Location was great for everything we wanted to do in Dublin.

Closet size room, friendly staff
There’s a self check in kiosk so you don’t need to queue for reception. The staff was really nice and there’s a nice sitting area and bar. The only issue I had was the price for the size. I know Dublin is expensive but my room was extremely tiny so the bed is pushed against the wall. But overall for a solo traveler it was fine. But €500 for a closet for 2 nights seems extreme.
