The overall ambience was elevated. Walking through the main entrance is a joy with the fragrance of the flowers and the hotel scent. The esplanade shops are beautiful. The only thing I would like to see different is coffee availability in The room.

We were able to check in early (for a small fee) and were upgraded to a larger room at the Encore. We enjoyed the poolside massages, food and drinks. Every restaurant on the property is amazing, especially the buffet with crab and caviar and a crepe station!

The Wynn (like all Vegas hotels), is a vast labyrinth of shops, gambling, opulence, and sensory overload - which is why it's awesome. Clean, nice staff, beautiful rooms and wonderful ammenities.

The resort is a destination on its own- so many restaurants and things to do. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. We picked it since it was close to the Sphere- on the day of show they opened a walkway and we were back to our room in less than 10min!!!
