We just stayed at this property for 3 nights and had a lovely time. I didn’t have a need to communicate with the property manager prior to arrival, as all arrival info.
seemed comprehensive and straightforward. And it was, except for one small detail. The pre-arrival email said we could pick up the parking pass at the main office downstairs. This office was only open from 8:00am-noon, so we waited until morning to ask for the pass. We were then told by the office that they don’t normally give passes for that apartment and we would normally need to get that from the property manager, but they gave us one in the spirit of aloha, which was very nice of them. Seems like something the apt. management company and the building management need to work out.
The apt. was lovely. It was a bit dated, which is why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars for condition and cleanliness as the age may be a concern to some, but we didn’t mind and found it very charming and comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the bay was LOVELY. I loved having coffee there every morning and listening to the waves at night. The grounds were well-maintained and landscaped and parking was easy and convenient.
I thought the location was perfect, as well, and would definitely consider staying there again. It was very convenient to the airport, Wailea, the north shore, and the start of the road to Hana. We were able to easily access everywhere we wanted to on the island.
