    Great time in Waikoloa
The resort was beautiful and there's lots to do. We had an amazing time. However, everything was overpriced. We ended up staying at all three towers during our stay. Lagoon was nice, Ocean was old and Palace was nice. The WiFi was very spotty and slow. I would stay here again, although I will be trying some other places first.

Ok. The hotel was nice, but I don’t ever stay at resort type hotels. Likely won’t again. Just a personal preference. Too many upcharges and additional fees (resort/parking). Didn’t enjoy dragging luggage across resort especially when the train broke on checkout day.

The property was nice as well as the rooms. Service was quite lackluster with slow bell service, not answering the phone, not responding to the text system. However, the staff was nice when you interacted in person.

    All the amenities but costly
The property is amazing but you are also going to pay an additional $35/night fee for the resort plus a $27-37 parking fee for your car above what you pay for the nightly stay. Our room had some issues. The shower barely worked and the toilet flusher was broken. We didn’t complain so I’m not sure how it would have been addressed. We were only there one night but the cost is high and it’s not the best space for a family with three really young kids. I had a hard time figuring out what to eat with them. We have one kiddo who is gf/dairy free and egg free so it was definitely challenging. This is a great place for those who want that mega resort experience that costs a whole lot - if you’re like us and enjoy going a little less expensive, this might not be the place for you.
