Hotel was great and a great location! I highly recommend it. The only thing we felt like we were missing was a microwave in the room but other than that, it was fantastic.

Beautiful building and room. The staff was helpful and I found the parking lot across the street to be helpful and cost slightly less then valet parking. Great location near PPAC, walk to WaterFire and excellent Japanese market at the end of the block. Recommended!

We stay at Hotel Providence every chance we get when we see a show at the PPAC (this time we saw the amazing “Lion King”) . . . and—as always—we had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, the front desk folks were so pleasant, and the location of this property is minutes away from the theatre. Thanks for another great visit!

8/10 Very good

The front desk were really helpful and thorough and the location is perfect for if you need to be in central downtown Providence and a walking distance from everything you need to do. There was some dust on the floor and a couple of holes in the carpet, but everything else was good. The shower was very nice and the AC worked perfectly. Only one of the door cards worked but one was all I needed.

Easy getting there and checking in with friendly staff who helped me navigate parking options not using the valet. The room was a good size for two of us staying in two double-beds. Classic style decide, but quaint and clean m.
