Worth the stay!
This is our second stay at the Viking. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Although our room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable enough and all the bedding and linens were of high-quality. We especially loved the location as we could walk everywhere. Although the bathroom was small, there was plenty of shelving for toiletries. Still, a big downside for me was that there were no hooks for clothes or towels. If I didn’t have a place to hang my towel, how could I be environmental and reuse it the next day? The other drawback was that the lighting in the room wasn’t adequate enough to see well. There are only two lamps flanking the bed. They needed a third lamp in another corner for good visability. When I mentioned this to the desk receptionist, he said they were embarking on a renovation, and that those considerations would be included.
