The whole process was seamless, Staff very pleasant, room very nice with a great view of the brigs and river, my only complaint would be the hot breakfast food it was luke warm and could have been hotter. that’s why I have deducted a star.

Had a great stay, all staff most helpful and courteous, bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows, food excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Only negative point was there was no room care during our two night stay, I presume just an oversight but it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. Looking forward to staying again.
