Hotel site check in time an hour later than posted, switched our plans, could not provide ETA of room availability, then late 30 mins after stated check in time. Overall 1.5 hours late. Then when requesting late check out time, was informed $75 fee for over an hour of time.
No daily room service or cleanup. Had to request new towels.
Room thermostat impossible to regulate. Most of the time full blast AC, unless setting at hottest setting, then room got overly warm.
Desk clerks were very inexperienced and not good customer service oriented.
No coffee options in room. Had to trek downstairs at 6:30a to purchase Starbucks coffee. Not cool...
No breakfast included option. Charging $22 per person for breakfast? For a buffet? Not worth it to us. We went to Sandusky Bay Pancake House, a family tradition experience for half the price and better food.
Come on Cedar Point... You can do better than this.
