A lovely stay
The stay at the Country Inn and Suites was good. They are renovating but still the property was very clean and guests could always see the staff hard at work. Those at the front desk were very warm and helpful. My only complaint was that it was easy to hear people talking and laughing in the next room. The front desk staff was very prompt in addressing my concerns and I was appreciative of that.

Under construction
The first night the fire went off for no apparent reason twice. In the morning we realized our door did not lock. Maintenance did fix it.the tub had rust on it. The bathroom sink leaked. The second noght the firealarm went off again. We were told they were renovating and were addressing the issues. Wish we knew before we booked. No attempt was made to compensate us for tge inconvenience. The general staff was very friendly.

Room condition poor but staff and breakfast goog.
This room was very worn out. Carpet was bare in spots. Window was fogged and rusty. Chair very uncomfortable. Beds too soft (and we use plush mattresses at home). Service people were good and breakfast was good. But almost left in the night to find a hotel with better beds for my wife.

Meh.
Hotel was under construction during my stay, saw a knife sitting open on the floor in the hallway. Only one elevator in the whole building, which construction workers were constantly using, tying up the elevator. Staff was friendly and room was clean, but my bank account got charged twice for my stay. Not sure if thats normal as i dont stay in hotels often, but i was not told this would happen when i paid.
