Hotel was in a perfect location. Staff was attentive and helpful. The front desk helped to arrange transportation from the airport and again to the cruise port. This was a huge perk and one of the reasons that we booked this hotel. The room was very clean and quiet even with having an excellent view overlooking the pantheon.

Our stay here was amazing. The best location you could ask for. The room was small but that was expected. Our room faced the pantheon but had no balcony. We didn't try the breakfast because it was 20 euro. We aren't much of breakfast people and there is a nice coffee shop right on the square. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again and recommend for others.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely rooftop bar. Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is around the corner from the Pantheon. Lots of restaurants nearby. 30 minute walk to Colloseum and to Vatican. Confortable shoes or trainers are a must for walking on the cobbled streets.

it's an excellent hotel in a good neighborhood. Staff was always friendly, breakfast was very good with variety of bread, fruits and beverages. Although in a noisy "piazza", you cannot hear a thing when windows were closed. Clean and updated. Will come back!

Perfectly positioned and extremely, safe, comfortable, clean and very friendly and accomodating hotel. We found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is not boldly signposted and is overshadowed by the busy-ness of all the restaurants etc around the piazza, but once inside, we felt welcome. The view from our window of the Pantheon was second to none, and the air conditioning was welcome given the heat even during early autumn. The elevator is a bit rickety, but that was also part of the charm of this hotel situated in an old building.

The property is in an amazing location. We stayed in a suite overlooking the Pantheon, which has one of the best views in Rome. The staff are friendly and very helpful. My only complaint on this property is the price. Although you are paying for the view, the price is a bit steep for a room that small.

The hotel is an ancient hotel (one of the oldest in the city), it is upgraded however it is not for people with any mobility issues. They have one very tiny slow elevator, and there is a lot of steps with no ramps. The staff are amazing and the location is outstanding (right in front of the Pantheon). Note: there is no vehicle access to the front door of the hotel as it is in a piazza.
