Comida muita boa, porém o valor cobrado no Buffet de almoço e jantar é um pouco exagerado (R$ 180,00 por pessoa), o valor da água a R$ 10,00 uma garrafa também é caro. Volto com certeza!

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa estadia no hotel, especialmente porque é excelente para crianças. Meus filhos adoraram cada momento! O ambiente é limpo e organizado. Apesar de os quartos serem antigos, percebe-se que passaram por atualização, com camas muito confortáveis e aconchegantes. A equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa, o que fez toda a diferença. Outro ponto positivo é que, no final da tarde, havia um lanche especialmente preparado para as crianças, o que eles aproveitaram bastante. Além disso, a copa baby aberta 24 horas foi uma grande facilidade, oferecendo diversos itens à disposição, inclusive opções de alimentação.

De modo geral, o Eco Resort é muito bonito, organizado, com bastante opções de entretenimento para adultos e crianças. O prédio é mais antigo, por isso, o banheiro é uma instalação que poderia ser melhorada, especialmente, a altura da pia do banheiro e o chuveiro.

É um bom hotel, com boa estrutura, excelente atendimento, bastante limpo, com estacionamento fácil e gratuito, mas há algumas observações: - Na reserva, as fotos dos quartos mostravam piso de madeira, mas ficamos em um quarto com carpete grudento; - Nos quartos ou funciona o ar quente ou o ar frio. Isso vai depender da climatização do hotel. Então em alguns momentos tivemos bastante calor no quarto e o ar frio não funcionava; - Os banheiros dos quartos são antigos e a pia é muito baixa. Merece reforma. - O café da manhã é repetitivo e bem inferior ao do Bourbon de Atibaia. Resumindo: é um bom hotel, mas precisa de alguns ajustes.
